Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you ask for a bill review we collect your name, phone number, email address and the bills you choose to share with us. To negotiate on your behalf we may also collect account numbers and provider details from those bills.

That is the minimum we need to review a bill and speak to a provider as your authorised representative. We do not ask for anything we don’t need for the negotiation.

2. How we use it

To review your bills, benchmark your rates, contact your providers on your behalf, present you with a written saving, and — if you approve it — put the new rate in place.

We contact you only about the bills and savings you asked us to work on. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit opt-in.

3. What we never do

We do not sell your personal or account information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

We do not use your data for anything beyond negotiating the bills you specifically asked us to review.

4. Sharing

We share your details only with the provider whose bill we are negotiating — and only the information needed to act as your authorised representative on that account — and with our payment processor when a saving-share becomes due.

5. Retention

Bill reviews and savings summaries are kept for three years so that renewals, disputes and repeat savings can be handled properly. Enquiries that never become reviews are deleted after twelve months.

6. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once any active saving arrangement has ended. Email Support@digitalatlas.net and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

Your information is stored on access-controlled, encrypted systems. Any provider credentials you share so we can act on your behalf are used only for that negotiation and removed from our records once the work is complete.
